Shipping policy

We ship to the United States. Orders are processed and leave our warehouse within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed the next business day.

Delivery options and times

Free Shipping — free on every bundle, 8–15 days.
Standard Shipping — $5.99 on orders under $65.00, 8–15 days.
Express Shipping — $9.95, 7–10 days.

Delivery windows are estimates from the day your order ships, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, customs and peak periods can add time. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse; tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first scan.

Order changes and wrong addresses

Because orders ship quickly, contact us at paragonventures.xxx1@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to change an address or cancel. Once an order has shipped we cannot reroute it. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.

Lost, stolen or damaged deliveries

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If a package is damaged, or marked delivered but not received, email us within 7 days at paragonventures.xxx1@gmail.com with clear photos of the damage and the SKU label on the packaging so we can investigate. If you added PawFresh Shipping Protection at checkout, your order may qualify for a replacement. After 7 days we cannot be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.

Taxes and duties

Any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout before you confirm your order.
