Product claims disclaimer

Claims such as "ActiveEnzyme formula", "antimicrobial", "bleach-free" and "dye-free" are based on product formulation, materials and manufacturing processes. While we strive for accuracy, individual experiences may vary. "ActiveEnzyme" refers to the enzyme and surfactant blend designed to act on odor-causing residue. "Antimicrobial" refers to the ActiveBeam blue-light feature's intended effect on the device's mist pathway between uses. "Bleach-free" and "dye-free" indicate that our formula is manufactured without added bleach or dyes.

Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability

The Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law apply to this agreement. There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and court review of an arbitration award is limited. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, we each waive any right to a jury trial.

User-generated content license

By submitting, posting or displaying any content, including reviews, testimonials, photos, videos or comments (collectively, "User-Generated Content") on or through our website or social media channels, you grant PawFresh a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute and display such User-Generated Content in any media. You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the User-Generated Content and that its use by PawFresh will not infringe upon or violate the rights of any third party.
